Skipper is an easy-drinking 4.4% ABV fruity amber beer and is brewed to appeal to lovers of classic British bitters and those who enjoy hop character in more modern ales. It has a combination of British and American hops - a blend of Admiral, Azzacca, Cascade & Amarillo - giving the beer a floral and citrus flavour and aroma. The malts include Maris Otter, brown malt and crystal malt giving it a biscuit, slightly sweet malt base and it's finish is clean, crisp and refreshing. Best stored and served at around 10-12°C (i.e. cellar temperature). Pairs well with pies, roast chicken, pork sausages and cheese boards.
