Sensible Shoes is a straw-coloured English Pilsner (4.4% ABV). It has a light fruit aroma with hints of mango, apricot and peach, plus some malt sweetness underlaying these. It's flavour is clean and balanced, with a gentle malt base and delicate hop bitterness. It has hints of light pine and faint floral sweetness, and leans towards a dryer beer than a sweeter one. It's easy on the palate, leaving a smooth, crisp finish. It's a beer for when refreshment matters! Best enjoyed straight from the fridge.
