This clear and bright India Pale Ale (4.8% ABV) is brewed using a single hop variety, giving notes of citrus and grapefruit, often with a zesty character, making it crisp and refreshing.  Best served at cellar temperature (10-12°C), this IPA pairs well with grilled fish or chicken, salads and light dishes. The citrusiness and bitterness will cut through richer dishes nicely.
