This classic amber bitter is light and easy drinking - Ideal for sessions at 3.9% ABV. It has a rich copper-amber colour appearance and offers gentle fruity overtones in it's aroma, plus gentle malt sweetness. Soft red fruits and light citrus come through without being overpowering. The bitterness is moderate and well integrated, giving structure without sharpness, and it finishes smooth and clean making it very drinkable. It's a well-balanced session bitter great for drinking over conversation, or with foods such as pork pie or grilled sausages. Best stored and served at cellar temperature (10-12°C).
