Important Information...​

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol from The Brewery Shop . It is an offence to sell alcohol to anyone who is under 18 years old in the United Kingdom. By placing an order with us you confirm that you are 18 years old or older, as is the recipient if it's someone other than you.

Deliveries must be accepted by a person of at least 18 years of age. All orders containing alcohol must be signed for. Parcels containing alcohol can not be left in a 'safe place' and can not be left unattended under any circumstances.

Our delivery drivers and couriers operate a Challenge 25 policy. You may be asked to show valid photo ID*. This includes, but may not be limited to, a current photo driving licence, passport, proof of age scheme card that carries the PASS hologram, Military ID card (MOD Form 90) or National Identity card (*Originals accepted only. Photocopies, scans and/or photos of these will not be accepted)

Delivery will be refused if (i) no suitable ID is provided and/or (ii) the recipient appears to be under 18 years old.

If delivery is refused for age-related reasons (i) the order will be returned to us, (ii) delivery charges are non-refundable and (iii) redelivery fees may apply.

Local Delivery - We offer free delivery to the following postcodes: NR21, NR22, NR23 & PE31 8xx. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, please contact us before ordering.

UK Mainland Courier Delivery
We also ship across mainland UK using a trusted courier service.
Delivery to remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland may not be available or may require a custom quote. -
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we're unable to ship any products containing alcohol internationally at this time due to licensing and customs regulations.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

All beer is shipped in sturdy, recyclable packaging designed to protect against breakage.

Shipping Delays
We do our best to deliver on time, but occasionally delays can happen due to courier issues, weather, or high demand.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details and we’ll look into it for you.
Damaged or Missing Orders
Please check your order upon delivery. If it arrives damaged or incomplete, please do not accept or sign for the delivery. It is your responsibility to check a delivery and reject if it is damaged before the courier leaves. Please then contact us within 24 hours explaining why you had to reject the order. We will then look into what happened and happily replace or refund items as needed.​
